Here's a look at some of the product procurement elements we look after:


  • Continually update and monitor budgets to ensure that financial parameters are met.
  • FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) sourcing and purchasing. 
  • Tender all items and obtain costs on design approved alternatives in an attempt to reduce costs without compromising quality or design. 
  • Produce furniture drawings for custom made furniture. 
  • Oversee production of the furniture pieces.
  • Negotiate payment terms and guarantees with suppliers. 
  • Prepare all purchase orders for payment.  
  • Secure freight pricing and oversee the movement of merchandise.
  • Manage delivery of items once they reach port. 
  • Negotiate warehousing and installation service if need be.
  • Produce detailed progress updates to project stakeholders
  • Supervise installation of all purchased items, including mounting of artwork.
  • Follow up with vendors for any product not up to standards established.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors/third parties​.
